Mildred Frizzel (born January 27, 1911 in Nanaimo, British Columbia) is a Canadian athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
She competed for Canada in the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, USA in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the Silver medal with her team mates Lilian Palmer, Mary Frizzel and Hilda Strike.
