Mild Thing

Mild Thing is a roller coaster at the amusement park Valleyfair in Shakopee, Minnesota. It is a miniature version of the park's most popular ride, the Wild Thing.
When Mild Thing first opened in 1976, it opened as Mine Train. At some later point the ride's name was changed to Kiddie Coaster, under which the ride was uperated under until 1996. In 1996, with the opening of the new hypercoaster Wild Thing, the ride's name was changed to Mild Thing, as a play on words.
