Milan Osterc (born 4 July 1975) is a Slovenian football player. He played for NK Gorica, Hapoel Tel-Aviv FC in Israel and Le Havre Athletic Club in France. He played for the Slovenia national football team and was a participant at the Euro 2000 and 2002 FIFA World Cup.

Osterc is best known in Israel for his seven(7) goals in Hapoel Tel Aviv's run to the quarter finals of the 2002 UEFA Cup. Crucial strikes against powerhouses Chelsea, Parma, and Lokomotiv Moscow helped Hapoel defy the odds and achieve one of their greatest feats in European football.
