Milaim Rama (born 29 February 1976) is a Kosovar-Swiss football player .

He played mostly for FC Thun and had a short stint with FC Augsburg in Germany. He currently plays for FC Schaffhausen.

He plays for the Switzerland national football team and was a participant at the 2004 UEFA European Championship.
