The summary of this image states that the submitter owns this image, and is released into the public domain "...so long as www.freetochoosemedia.org is credited." That can't really be done; once it's released into PD, the party no longer holds proprietary interests to it, and thus, cannot make conditions for it. In lieu of that, said party allowed this image to be used "for any purpose, without any conditions." Same basic effect, as I understand it, but of course, IANAL/TINLA. —IW4UTC 14:27, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
