Hey, just wanted to drop a quick note asking that when you issue username blocks please use {{unb|reason here}} as a block reason. While something like "per WP:U" means a lot to you and me, it doesn't to a new user who just registered an account. Also, unless the username is obviously meant to be an attack or the account is used for vandalism, it's best to uncheck "Prevent account recreation", as listed at WP:U.
