Thanks for uploading Image:LaserrifleNod.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Thank you for recreating the Temple of Nod page after the version I created was deleted. Its nice to know that other fans of the C&C series take an active interest in the game and strive to improve our coverage of the related material. On that note, I do wish to warn you that pages dedicated to the Nod strucutures were considered cruft when spotted by elements of our AFD division here, and subsequently a massive number of pages relating to the structures and units from GDI and Nod were deleted. According to the deletion policy, recreation of those pages is grounds for an imediate delete with no questions asked and no explination required. In this sense you could say that editting the C&C pages to expand on units or sturctures is like wading through an open minefield, you never know when you're going to step on a mine. Thanks for the input. I decided to make a detailed Temple of Nod article due to it's importance within the game, it being an unique building in that very few games (if any) feature such an instllation. If anyone tries to delete it, then can I please ask for a notification? I'll merge it with the Brotherhood of Nod article, making it a big fat bloated one. "The following characters require money to acquire in multiplayer games. All of them appear in thesingleplayer campaign.

Global Defence Initiative characters:

  • Officer (150): The GDI officer is better trained than regular soldiers and usually leads squads of them into battle. He has the authority to call in aerial reinforcements and coordinates battle maneuvers. In multiplayer, he is the cheapest elite character available to GDI and comes with a Condor chaingun effective against infantry and moderately threatening to light vehicles.
  • Rocket Soldier Officer (225): The CO's of Rocket Infantry units, these men are trained to command soldiers and destroy enemy armour and installations. As with the regular Officers, they have the authority to call in aerial reinforcements. In multiplayer, he is the cheap alternative to the Gunner character, firing rockets slower and dealing less damage to enemy armour.
  • Sydney Mobius (150): Sydney Mobius is the daughter of dr. Mobius, an expert on Tiberium. Like her father, she is also fascinated with Tiberium, perceiving it as a weapon. Likewise, she wields a Tiberium Auto-Rifle in multiplayer games, making her a threat to enemy infantry and moderate danger to light armour.

[edit] Regarding the Brotherhood of Nod's status as an Abrahamic society

The notion that the Brotherhood of Nod is Abrahamic in nature as a society is factually correct, as the provided link to the epoynymous article should be able to explain to you in due detail. This argument has been brought up before as well, and was discussed at length on the 3rd archived page, 25th topic of the Tiberium Wars article's discussion pages.

Please refrain from making edits which are likely to either be controversial or to be disputed by other editors without also attaching a rationale to such edits, however small or brief, as they otherwise end up likely to simply be reverted. If you remain convinced the Abrahamic part is an incorrect addition to the article's content, publically discuss on the discussion pages why you believe this, and we shall attempt to reach a common ground there in order to resolve this issue permanently. Since you seem to have the demo working...how well does it run and what graphics card do you have? My GeForce 4 MX420 is...less than up to the task. This image is brilliant, please, tell me, where did you get it? Since 1995 I've been looking for a sufficiently high resolution image of the original mammoth tank! If only they would release the original model files :( (and the source code, while they're at it!).--Rygir 01:21, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
