Mikko Lehtonen (born June 21, 1978 in Oulu, Finland) is a Finnish ice hockey defenceman.

Mikko currently plays for the American Hockey League's Rochester Americans; a farm system team of the National Hockey League's Buffalo Sabres. He appeared in his first NHL game on October 7, 2006 with the Nashville Predators against the Minnesota Wild, and scored his first NHL goal in that game. He was traded on February 27, 2007 to the Buffalo Sabres for a fourth-round pick in the 2007 draft.[1]
