Mikhail Trilisser

Mikhail Abramovich Trilisser-Moskvin born Russian: Мейер Абрамович Трилиссер, Meier Abramovich Trilisser (1 April 1883, Astrakhan - 1940) headed the foreign intelligence operations of the Soviet Union from May 1922 (when they were part of the Cheka) to October 1929 (when they were part of OGPU). He was working in Comintern under name Mikhail Aleksandrovich Moskvin.
