Mikhail Mikhaylovich Prusak (Russian: Михаи́л Миха́йлович Пруса́к) (born February 3, 1960 Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine) is the governor of Novgorod Oblast since 1991. Prusak was a member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from 1989 to 1991.[1]
