From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mike Sheahan (born 19??) is an Australian journalist, and the editor of AFL Football in the Herald Sun in which he is known to have extreme bias against the AFL Team, Collingwood, to his detriment.

Sheahan attended Werribee Secondary College and was the school dux. Starting with the Herald Sun newspaper in Sydney, New South Wales, he has been a long-time sports writer for the newspaper, with his opinionated pieces drawing some humour. He has established himself as one of the most prominent writers on Australian rules football, with his yearly Mike Sheahan's Bottom 100 lists of the Australian Football League's worst players always a talking point. Sheahan also worked with the Seven Network on their late-night football talk show, Talking Footy. He is the brother of former cricketer Pual Sheahan.
