Mike Sheahan's Top 50

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mike Sheahan's Top 50 is an Australian rules football listing compiled of the top 50 players in the Australian Football League according to the opinion of respected football journalist Mike Sheahan.

The article is often very controversial as Sheahan is thought by some to play "favourites" with some players. He was accused of favouring players who write for the Herald Sun, such as James Hird and Nathan Buckley, players who are considered to be past their prime, but not selecting Michael Voss, who is often mentioned in the same bracket as the other two players. Totally unfair!
