[edit] Sonic the Hedgehog

Starting with the 2005 video game Shadow the Hedgehog, Pollock plays the roles of Dr. Eggman, Professor Gerald and Eggman Nega. This is because Sega decided to make the voices in the anime and games match, removing all of their previous actors and also because the previous voice actor for Eggman Deem Bristow had died. Oddly enough, Pollock is usually favoured by Sonic fans, in contrast to the other current cast members, who fans are sending messages to Sega to be removed.

Some of his fan popularity may stem from the positive reactions to his performances as Meat in Ultimate Muscle, Jack Kirby and Garbageman in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and his role as Eggman in Sonic X
