Michael Everett Arch Parrott (born December 6, 1954 in Oxnard, California), is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues from 1977-1981. His nickname was "Bird".

Mike graduated from Adolfo Camarillo High School in Camarillo, California in 1973.

- Parrott was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 1st round (15th pick) of the 1973 amateur draft.
- In 1979, Parrott won a career high 14 games for the Mariners. He also led all Seattle pitchers in wins that year.
- After winning Seattle's opener in 1980, Parrott lost 16 straight to finish the season a dismal 1-16.
