Michael Roger Goff is the first base coach for the Seattle Mariners. Goff has worked in the Mariners system for 15 years.

As a professional player, Goff was selected as a Second Baseman by the Boston Red Sox in the 21st round (535th overall) of the June 1984 draft.

He resides in Peoria, Arizona, with his wife, Mary, and three children, Crystal, Katie, and Connor.
