Michael "Mike" Folga (Born in Erie, Pennsylvania) is a trainer for the New York Rangers of the NHL.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in sports medicine from Mercyhurst College in 1986.

Mike Folga was hired as head equipment manager of the St. Louis Blues in 1987 and worked with St. Louis until 1991.

He work during the 1992 season for the IHL's Indianapolis Ice.

He was hired as head equipment manager of the New York Rangers in 1993 after only six seasons in professional hockey. Mike Folga served as equipment manager for the Eastern Conference at the 1994 NHL All-Star Game as Madison Square Garden in New York. He was also part of the Rangers team that won the Stanley Cup in the 1994 season.
