Mike Deviant (1971-) is the former singer of Kansas City garage punk band, Molly Ringworm. Started in 1987, Molly Ringworm was one of the first thrash bands in the Midwest. Deviant also works under the pseudonym Paris Hitler.
This self-described "cornpone Kropotkin" has piqued the interest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which is alleged to have maintained a file on Deviant.[citation needed] In 1988 he threatened to disrupt a campaign speech by Dan Quayle at Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base.[citation needed]
