[edit] Saw MMPR: The Movie today and...

I saw MMPR: The Movie today and I was thinking if there could be a Special Edition DVD now that the proper computer equipment is ready to remaster the sound and restore the picture quality. --User: Angie Y.

[edit] Movie suits

2 questions:

1. How would you describe the suits used in the movie?

2. Why don't we see this more often in the Super Sentai/Power Rangers series?--BigMac1212 17:39, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

1. Rocky The Cylon?

2. Toei is'nt Fox.

[edit] Eltar

'Though not canon, the movie is the first time Zordon's home planet of Eltar was mentioned.'

I'm quite sure it's canon. It was mentioned in one of the Turbo episodes, no? gssq 15:15, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Well, it's generally taken that the movie exists out of the normal storyline of the Power Rangers universe, so even if it is mentioned in the movie, the movie is not considered to be canon. When it is later mentioned in the Turbo series, it is then canon. Ryūlóng 21:11, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Does that mean that it was retconned into the continuity? -Alph

Very likely. Ryūlóng 08:00, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Brady Bunch?

Ivan mentions it that he missed it. What is it?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 124.83.10.112 (talk)

The Brady Bunch was an American television series in the 1970s. It is a pop culture reference.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 22:13, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The rest of the story

A nice one, but you didn't mention the end of the story. I remember it when I was a child, and the rest of the story goes: When the Power Rangers return to the lab after defeating Ivan Ooze, they find that Zordon had already died by the time they returned to Earth. They join hands and concentrate on their powers to resurrect Zordon and bring him back as a being in a tube once more. You should add the ending in more detail. --Angeldeb82 00:27, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] a bit of WP:WAF

Why should we say:

"It is believed by some that this movie takes place in an alternate timeline from the Power Rangers television show (similar to a fanfiction AU), as numerous differences appear between the two."

instead of:

"The movie doesn't attempt to respect entirely the television show storyline."

It's not like those who wrote the movie had seen a different show; it's just they didn't care so much. --euyyn 16:33, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
