One of the highest tax rates in the US - that'll scare 'em away. I heard it was the highest, but not sure -Montpelier had the record at one time, may still.

If there is a documented source it can/should be added, however more often comments about high or highest taxes are speculation based upon anecdote not fact. CApitol3 13:12, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
