Midwest Airlines (Egypt)

Midwest Airlines is an airline based in Cairo, Egypt. It operates passenger and cargo charter services throughout the Middle East and further afield. Its main base is Cairo International Airport [1].

The airline was established in 1998 and started operations in June 1999. It is owned by the Lakah family (79%) and public stock (21%) [1].
