Middleton Cheney is the largest village in South Northamptonshire and is situated between Banbury and Brackley.

The main local amenities in Middleton Cheney, are the Parish meeting rooms (which can be hired), the village library, situated on the Main road, and the Doctor's surgery, situated at 4 Horton road. There is also a veterinary surgery, pharmacy, post office and supermarket
