At its completion, Middleton Hills will include a mix of 525 housing units and 100,000 square feet of office and retail space designed as a Main Street district. A Parade of Homes site for the last several years, the development already has about 450 housing units; a 20,000-square-foot commercial building with a cafe and offices; and an 8,000-square-foot building with four live/work units.
