Mid-Continent Public Library

Mid-Continent Public Library [1] is a political subdivision of the state of Missouri. It is a consolidated library district, originally founded in 1965, and now consists of 30 branches in greater Kansas City, Missouri.

The mission of the Mid-Continent Public Library is to provide expanding access to materials, programs, technology and a world-class genealogy and family history library.
