[edit] Why Wikipedia link is SPAM
It is Wiki like this but devoted to Axapta.
The following links were wiped:
- Axaptapedia — a Mediawiki based repository for Microsoft Axapta articles, tips and tricks.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) Knowledge Village — the place for Axapta Friends.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) Friends — geographic map of Axapta Friends.
- Axapta book - MORPHX IT — Introduction to the development environment in Axapta.
- Dynamics AX Blog - Great resource for code examples, interviews, technology reviews, etc. all about the Dynamics AX platform.
Several of these are useful to Wiki readers, trying to locate good, relevant links from Microsofts own system is completely hopeless, even Google does a better job on the Microsoft website than MS does itself. What you find at microsoft.com is a huge collection of hype and marketing before you get to the real meat such as the links above that were deleted in the article. This indiscrminate deletionisms of external links is redusing the usefulness of Wikipedia. --12:50, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Spam external links
Links to commercial entities (especially Axapta resellers!) are spam and should be deleted (and I've done so).
Links to the third party sites I'm not so sure about. Some are certainly useful but who is to judge which...? I haven't removed any more, or put any back.
