I have changed some of the phrasing of the discussion of Martin's career as Minister for health so as to remove the un-referenced bias. It is arguable that banning smoking in workplaces is sufficiently pro-health a measure to balance out his failure to bring about the enormous reforms necessary in the Irish health care system. That however is a judgement, and not appropraite for an encyclopedia article.
