Microsoft Live Labs Security Token Service
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Microsoft Live Labs Security Token Service is a part of Microsoft's Windows Live range of services. It's an online identity management service that lets you offload authentication functions, whether you are a user signing-in to web sites and services or a site or service owner who needs to authenticate users. It will require .NET Framework 3.0 as it uses Windows CardSpace for authentication.
