Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a Customer Relationship Management software package developed by Microsoft. It is a part of the Microsoft Dynamics family of business tools.
The current version of Dynamics is 3.0, released on December, 2005. The most notable update over the version 1.2 (version 2 was skipped entirely), is the ability to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook, and integration with BlackBerry mobile devices.
The purchase of Microsoft Dynamics is done through 3rd party resellers.
