Microhadrosaurus nanshiungensis Dong, 1979 |
Microhadrosaurus (meaning "small sturdy lizard" in Greek) is a dubious dinosaur genus. It is known only from dentary with teeth and was classified as an early Maastrichtian (Late Cretaceous) hadrosaurid. As its name suggests, it was a small dinosaur, possibly 8 to 9 feet long, or juvenile. The remains of Microhadrosaurus were found in China.
The type species, Microhadrosaurus nanshiungensis, was described by Dong in 1979.
