Mickey Arthur

John Michael (Mickey) Arthur is the current coach of the South African National Cricket team. Born May 17, 1968, in Johannesburg, Gauteng, Mickey Arthur has played for both Griqualand West (1986/87-1989/90 and 1995/96) and Orange Free State (1990/91-1994/95). He is a right handed batsmen.
He is an old boy of Westville Boys' High School.
During the 2005/06 tour to Australia, he questioned the umpiring standards, claiming that the officials were biased due to overappealing by the Australian cricket team. He was cleared of the charges.[1]
