Pluto is kidnapped by the Weasels for his "diamond" collar (later found out to be fake). As one of the drivers, you have to race in tracks all over the US to find the Weasels and save Pluto.

- Victory Vehicles (Unlocked when beaten Traffic Troubles, Motorway Mania, and Freeway Phobia with a Gold or Platinum trophy in all difficulties)

(New Orleans can also be unlocked when you do a certain event in the Practice track; check a guide for more info.)
