Micheal Colvin Barrow (born April 19, 1970) is a former National Football League linebacker who played for 12 seasons with the Houston Oilers, the Carolina Panthers, the New York Giants, the Washington Redskins and the Dallas Cowboys. He retired after the 2003 season. He made the NFL pro bowl three time during his successful NFL career. A standout linebacker at the University of Miami, Barrow accumulated 420 tackles (228 solo), seven sacks, three interceptions, six forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 15 passes defensed during his Hurricane career. He finished seventh in the Heisman Trophy balloting his senior year (1992). That year, he was team captain, first-team All-America and All-Big East performer and was named the Big East’s Defensive Player of the Year. Barrow was part of the Hurricanes championship teams from 1989 and 1991. He was also a finalist for the Butkus Award, given annually to the nation’s outstanding linebacker. Throughout his 13 season NFL career, he had 1,126 tackles, 43 sacks, 21 forced fumbles and two interceptions.

Barrow, a native of Homestead, Florida, attended the University of Miami, and is now the linebackers coach for the Hurricanes. He was formerly the defensive coordinator at Homestead High School, his alma mater, during the 2006 season.
