Michael Willcocks

Lieutenant General Sir Michael Alan Willcocks KCB (born 27 July 1944) is the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod for the Parliament of the United Kingdom's House of Lords. This title is generally shortened to Black Rod. Sir Michael was appointed Black Rod on 9 May 2001.
