Lieutenant-colonel Michael R. Voith (born during 1961 in Calgary, Alberta) is currently the engineering adviser and the DART commanding officer.

Michael Voith attended College Militaire Royal de St Jean from 1979 to 1981, and the Royal Military College of Canada from 1981-1983. He graduated with a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering.

Voith's career began soon after his schooling. He was first posted to a combat engineer regiment for 7 years. In 1987, Voith was deployed to Cyprus with 3rd Battalion the Royal Canadian Regiment as the contingent engineer officer. Later that year, he was posted to 8 Field Engineer Regiment in Edmonton as the Regular Support Staff Officer.
