Michael "Mikey" Joseph Teutul (born November 26, 1978) is the youngest son of Paul Teutul Sr., and younger brother of Paul Teutul Jr., chief designer and fabricator at Orange County Choppers, the focus of the TLC's reality television series American Chopper.

Mikey has two older brothers Paul and Daniel Teutul (general manager and owner of Orange County Ironworks). He also has a younger sister Cristin Teutul (attends nursing school in Rochester, NY). Mikey's siblings used to pick on him when he was younger for his unusually large head.

Mikey became a celebrity when he began working for O.C.C. as a secretary and custodian (or as Mikey would gleefully say, "I answer the phone, and take out the trash."), acting as comic relief for the show. His presence also seems to have a calming effect on his father, who almost never shows the same sort of frustration he feels for Paul Jr. Mikey is often able to antagonize his father with little consequence.
One of the best known examples of this came when Mikey and his father were building Mikey's Blues themed chopper. Mikey originally wanted a seat with his and his father's faces stitched on, reflecting the "Blues Brothers" theme of the bike. However, Mikey had made a mistake in ordering it, and when the seat arrived only Paul Sr.'s face had been stitched on. Mikey and his father then entered into a heated shouting match, which culminated in Mikey stating that every time he sits down on the seat (of his father's face), he'll fart. This causes Senior to burst out laughing, even though he had been shouting in anger two seconds before.
He is now a major and popular part of the show and now appears at promotional events for O.C.C., as well as continuing working for the family business in his new job as a webmaster.
He is also known for his poor driving skills, as he demonstrates in the series on one occasion where he managed to drive his father's truck into a pond while showing off to his friend Earl, and another where he again fails the practical portion of his motorcycle license exam. Mikey has another trait that is usually well hidden: his Teutul anger. He has gone off a couple of times on TV. One time he went off when Vinnie told him to "go outside and do something for once."
Mikey and other cast-members have been spotted wearing "Mikey for President" t-shirts, custom made shirts which features a black and white portrait of Mikey in a suit, with the letters in an American flag-style font.
