Michael O'Herlihy (April 1, 1929 - June 16, 1997) was an Irish TV show director who directed shows like Gunsmoke (1955), Maverick (1957), Star Trek (1965) and M*A*S*H (1972). O'Herlihy was born in Dublin, Ireland on April 1, 1929. O'Herlihy was the younger brother of actor Dan O'Herlihy. O'Herlihy died in Dublin, Ireland on June 16, 1997 at age 68.
