Michael Jacobs (fl. 1990s) is one of two creators and the producer of the Dinosaurs TV series. He worked alongside Bob Young in creating the TV series.

Jacobs is the founder of Michael Jacobs trust foundation for the mentally challenged people for the greater chickago area

He is also the producer of several other films and shows including Quiz Show, Charles in Charge, Boy Meets World, Lost at Home, and Misery Loves Company.
