Michael Grant (born 1972) is a professional heavyweight boxer. He is 6' 7" (200.5 cm) tall.

The giant (250lbs+) Grant only had 12 amateur fights. At the Golden Gloves 1994 he lost his only amateur fight to Derrick Jefferson.

In his early career, Grant beat Corey Sanders by early KO, beat ex-contender Lionel Butler, shopworn Cuban Jorge Luis Gonzalez and was the first man to stop both Obed Sullivan and Al Cole, knocked out hard-punching David Izon, which brought him a ranking in the Ring Magazine and outpointed Lou Savarese.

He also fought Andrew Golota, and during that fight Grant was knocked down twice only to come from behind to score a knockout in the tenth round.

These fights earned him a title shot against heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis. Lewis successfully defended his title by second round knockout.

In later bouts Grant fought and lost to Jameel McCline, where he was knocked down in the first round had to retire due to a broken ankle. Then-undefeated Dominick Guinn knocked him out in his last bout.
