Michael Fox (lawyer)

Michael Fox (b. London, England on March 8, 1934) is an Israeli-British lawyer and founder of Herzog, Fox & Neeman (the largest law firm in Israel [1] and the former law firm of Fox & Gibbons (UK, merged into Denton Wilde Sapte). Fox received his LL.B degree (with honors) from King's College London, and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England (1958) and to the Israel Bar (1969).
Fox is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. He is an expert in corporate law, especially in mergers & acquisitions and Infrastructure Development.
