Michael Valentine Fleming (19xx? - 1 October 1940) was the son of Valentine Fleming and brother of Ian Fleming and Peter Fleming.

He married Letitia Blanche Borthwick, daughter of Hon. Malcolm Algernon Borthwick and Blanche Buckland Gorrie, on 28 July 1934.

He was Captain and Adjutant in 4th Battalion Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. He was mentioned in despatches for gallantry displayed on the 20th, 22nd and 27 May 1940.

He died of his wounds whilst a prisoner of war on 1 October 1940.
