Michael Ciani, born April 6, 1984 in Paris, France is a French defender currently playing for Ligue 1 outfit FC Lorient.

He started his career in 2002 with Championnat de France Amateurs side Racing Club Paris. After one season he moved to Belgium to play for R. Charleroi S.C.. He then moved back to France to play in Ligue 1 with AJ Auxerre for a season, but did not make a single appearance. He moved to CS Sedan Ardennes, where he stayed for a year before joining newly-promoted FC Lorient in 2006.
