Taken from the "high-res tiffs" on the Press room at Peroutka's Campaign site. Unaltered except to resize to 50% and save as JPEG. No copyright/redistribution information page was found (although I didn't perform an exhaustive search) but I think this qualifies as fair use, considering the stuff in the press room page seems intended for exactly this sort of thing. Since under U.S. law, all works are copyrighted even without an explicit declaration of copyright:
