Miasma is an album by the Melodic death metal/Metalcore band The Black Dahlia Murder. Released by Metal Blade on July 12, 2005, Miasma is the first and now apparently only album to feature drummer Zach Gibson, who replaced founding member and drummer, Cory Grady, due to personal issues (Gibson was fired in early 2006).

The seventh track on the album, released as "Dave Goes To Hollywood" was originally titled "Vice Campaign".
The track "A Vulgar Picture" borrows its title from a song from The Smiths' album Strangeways, Here We Come entitled "Paint a Vulgar Picture".
