Bad Boys: Miami Takedown is a video game released in 2004 based on the action-comedy movie Bad Boys II starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

Originally planned for release in late 2003 (to tie in with the film's DVD release), the game was pushed back several months. It was not a huge success due to poor development and low ratings from many game web sites.

In a normal day a TNA agent with her partner where going to a snack bar but suddenly their car exploded and they disappeared. Later Mike and Marcus arrived and had found the TNA agent but her partner is no more in the snack bar. Later,Marcus and Mike have found the Baby Demon's hideout. Marcus fights his way in the hideout and finds a tattooed guy. Marcus defeats Tattoo Man and Tattoo escapes. Then Marcus and Mike are saving the situation in a bank. Later an army woman is coming near the bank and escapes.

Bad Boys: Miami Takedown was widely panned by critics and is considered one of the poster-boys of bad movie-licensed games. The game was rated #10 Worst game by of the "Best and Worst Video Games of all Time." by GameTrailers [1]

Some of the complaints were that the game was far too easy and shooting deliberately away from an enemy would still kill them in about two or three shots.
