The Mexican cricket team is the team that represents the country of Mexico in international cricket matches. They became an affiliate member of the International Cricket Council in 2004. [1] To date, they have played two international matches, against Belize and Costa Rica in the first Central American cricket championship in 2006. They beat Costa Rica, but lost to Belize, thus finishing second in the tournament. They hope to host the second edition of the tournament in 2007. [2]
