Mexican train

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mexican Train is a domino game for 2 to 8 players usually played using a double twelve domino set. The object of the game is for the player to "domino" by playing tiles on their own train, the trains of other players, or on the Mexican Train.

How to Play:

1. Find the "double 12" tile and place in center of playing area.

2. Flip over all tiles until all are blank side up.

3. Mix up and deal out 15 to each player.

4. Each player then picks a "train": this can be done beforehand and there are only certain colors that come in a set.

5. Each player searches until they find a "12 tile", they then use that to start their train.

6. The Mexican train (an offshoot of the original you have started) must be started with the tile that is in the center.

7. Play continues until a person runs out of tiles.

8. All remaining tiles are added up amongst the other players: doubles count as 15 and all other tiles count as 5.

9. Continue as stated above with each center tile continuing in decreasing order.

10. The winner has the least amount of points.
