Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Jordan Lee Smith may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, each user is entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. --Bill 21:32, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Winnie-the-Pooh, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Please find and add a reliable citation to your recent edit so we can verify your work. Uncited information may be removed at any time. Thanks for your efforts, and happy editing! --Yamla 15:40, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AfD Nomination: Roxy Blue
I've nominated the article Roxy Blue for deletion under the Articles for deletion process. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Roxy Blue satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. I have explained why in the nomination space (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Roxy Blue. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them. You are free to edit the content of Roxy Blue during the discussion, but please do not remove the "Articles for Deletion" template (the box at the top). Doing so will not end the discussion.
[edit] License tagging for Image:Wantsome.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Wantsome.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 15:07, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Do not remove AfD tags
Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages. The notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, you may comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. J Ditalk 15:42, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Stevie Rachelle
A tag has been placed on Stevie Rachelle, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Stevie Rachelle is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Stevie Rachelle. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. -- Merope 19:41, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
- Please review the policies concerning notability of musicians before reposting this article. Releasing several albums does not assert notability; releasing albums on a major record label would. -- Merope 19:51, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your edit to Jumping Jack Flash
Welcome!
Hello MeWiseMagic, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

[edit] Abi Harding
Good to see an article started (her impact on Jools Holland last night will not have been lost on many) but she was not born in Liverpool. In fact she comes from Bristol and apparently was ribbed at school in Liverpool because of her non-Scouse accent. IXIA 18:33, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Brighton Rock
I've created a new article from the band Brighton Rock here. Feel free to add more info and sources etc.Amo 22:08, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fraze Gang
Fraze Gang has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this person might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:Notability (people) for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.
If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" template, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod template, the article will not be deleted, but if an editor is still not satisfied that it meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. NickelShoe (Talk) 03:40, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- So has Greg Fraser. NickelShoe (Talk) 03:43, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- And so has Stevie Skreebs. If someone's put a prod tag on the first article, please don't create more on the same subject, until you've clarified why you think these folks really are notable. Switchercat talkcont
You need sources. If they've been covered in magazines, that would be really great. Check out the guidelines at WP:MUSIC for more in-depth explanation of what notability means for musicians. NickelShoe (Talk) 21:38, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
- To clarify, it's not enough that they're real. My bedsheets are real, but they don't need an encyclopedia article. Notability means that they've been declared worth writing about before they get into Wikipedia. It also means there's enough verifiable information to actually make a decent article. [edit] Notability of Brighton Rock (band)
A tag has been placed on Brighton Rock (band), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. RJASE1 Talk 09:58, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
