Mewelde Jaem Cadere Moore (born July 24, 1982 in Hammond, Louisiana) is an American football running back and punt returner for the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL. He was selected with the 23rd pick of the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft out of Tulane University. In the 2005 Minnesota Vikings boat cruise scandal Moore admitted being on the boat, but he claimed that "nothing happened." Asked if he saw strippers or sex on his boat, Moore immediately replied: "Oh no, none of that. Sex? What are you talking about? That's crazy. Look man, I'm engaged. That would put me in trouble." Mewelde also played minor league baseball during his Tulane career.
