The B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. KGaA is a private banking company in Frankfurt, Germany.

Metzler provided financial services as a merchant bank, in securities transactions, as asset manager and a corporate finance consultant.

Metzler traces its origins to a trading company established by Benjamin Metzler in Frankfurt, more than 330 years ago. In 1742 a member of the Metzler family had a seat on the Board of Frankfurt Stock Exchange and still today the family plays a paramount role in its role in foundations and as a patron of the arts.
