From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Metzer (32°26′N, 35°02′E; Hebrew: מצר‎) is a kibbutz in the Menashe Regional Council of Israel. It is located near Misr, an Israeli Arab village. Relations between the two neighboring communities have always been peaceful and friendly.

In November 2002, a Palestinian terrorist infiltrated the kibbutz and murdered 5 people including a mother and her two sons. [1] The terrorist was killed a year later by the Yamam.
