Metroad 1 is a Metroad in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It follows what was previously National Route 1, from Metroad 7 at Pearces Corner in Wahroonga south-east to the CBD then from the CBD south-west to the F6 Southern Freeway at Waterfall.

Metroad 1 changes names several times as it passes through the city. Its names from Wahroonga to Waterfall are: Pacific Highway, Gore Hill Freeway, Warringah Freeway, Sydney Harbour Tunnel, Cahill Expressway, Eastern Distributor, Southern Cross Drive, General Holmes Drive, The Grand Parade, President Avenue, Princes Highway, Acacia Road, Princes Highway. The section between (and inclusive of) Gore Hill Freeway and General Holmes Drive (where the M5 East Fwy is freeway grade.
